Silvia Cerrella Bauer

Founder and Managing Director of CB Multilingual LLC, a provider of high-end services for multilingual business communications (translation, text editing and interpreting services). Served as Deputy Head of German Language and Terminology at Swiss Post in Bern. As Business Unit Manager Financial at euroscript Switzerland, she was responsible for translation services provided to financial clients. She was Head of Language Services of SIS SegaInterSettle AG (now SIX Group). Guest speaker in international forums and author of technical articles and eBooks. She is fluent in English, German, French, Italian and Spanish.

Carlo Moretto

Originally Italian, in Switzerland since 2006, he is a sales manager with 17 years of experience in the IT industry, 6 of which in management and leadership roles in different companies. Currently part of the worldwide Sales team of IBM. He holds an MBA from the University of Warwick, a Master’s degree in Electronic Engineering from the University of Rome and is currently attending the Leading Digital Transformation Diploma at IMD in Lausanne.

Roman Rackwitz

Executive Search consultant with 20 years international management experience in technology, software and services companies. Solid background in ICT, Digital Transformation and Change Management. Roman is originally from Germany and has lived and worked in 9 countries in Europe, North America and Asia. He moved to Switzerland in 2008, after already having lived here from 2000 to 2002.

Christiane Tureczek

is Austrian but grew up in Switzerland in the international surrounding of Airline Business. She studied Law, Mediation and Non-Profit Management. She has lived and worked in different countries and has held several Leadership Positions in Non-Profit-Organisations. Actually she is working for SKO as a specialist for Labour Law and running her own business as an internationally operating artist. Languages: German, French, Italian and English.

Patricia Widmer

studied business administration at the University of Zurich and worked for several years in private banking. She held leadership positions with several charity organizations in the US and Germany. Patricia has been with the University of St. Gallen since 2014, where she is responsible for the English- and German-speaking certificate programme “Women Back to Business”. She is currently pursuing her doctorate on the topic of diversity management, gender disparity, unconscious bias and stereotypes.
"As a Swiss who has lived abroad for more than 7 years I know how important networks are. Especially diverse professional networks with people from all over the world as well as people from the country make a huge difference when it comes to integrating in a new country.
